Good question what to do with
I have 2 basic starting points for the pheros:
@ work: just got muted as vice-senior to a new affectation, 7 women, me & the boss. First I want to use the soft method to tame the women who start alliancing. I dont want to use absolute power (administrative brute force) at first, so lets try the smart method: here it goes for respect. The boss knows my qualities, the others have to accept, this way or that way, I prefer the smart one.
private: having a good time, getting a new partner, hopefully the right one this time, enjoying life together and keeping up a durable relation.

Hmm for both of your situation there, i suggest A314(Respect, high status & trustworthy effects) + Instant Openness(friendly & smoother conversations) for work & AMMO(Sexual attraction) + Instant Shine(to boost your confidence if you are shy & make people feel good with you) + Instant Openness(for easier & smoother conversations) for private

Well the social pheromones can help you a lot. But instant shine would be a must to make them feel good by bringing up the mood around you. Instant female magic makes woman comfortable around you.
For the private characteristics you could try instant openness to make people more chatty around you. Also ammo to provide a little in seduction.
going with A314 and IH will help with your managerial skills and VP power.
I would suggest some IFM, but steer clear of the Sexual pheromones at work, (aka Ammo or TUTH) as they will undermine your A314’s trust & respect and the IH’s Honesty
Adding or switching to Ammo and IO with TUTH will help in the prowl and capture mode of the evening. TUTH will help even more after the lights go off for the evening.
At 40, you would want to look at Heavy Ammo (Ammo 2X strength) for attracting women, you can use the extra pheromones because your natural production after 30 drops off. Also, consider the socials Instant Openness and Instant Shine, these will work well with the scent of Ammo.
Using A314 should give you the added status you’re looking for at work. If you’ve got a bit of alpha male in you already, this will work fine. You didn’t state what type personality you are, so if you’re not an alpha male type, your behavior will fail to match the pheromones signature and people will ignore the phero signal given off by a314. If you aren’t really alpha, look at Instant Gentleman, which is the little brother of A314 and will work better. It gives off an aura of charisma without the heavy alpha vibe.
Congrats on the new position! I went thru the same thing a couple of years ago and am JUST NOW starting to feel like everyone has finally accepted and adjusted to the change. It was a tough ride…5 women against 1…whew! Not easy, I tell you! I didn’t know women could be THAT catty! Anywho…they know who’s in charge now but it took a lot of confidence (even though I didn’t always FEEL it ) and nerve-hardening. Man! I wish I would have found this place sooner! I know the pheros would have helped, at least a little, if not a lot!
OK, as for the work situation, try A314 for the respect vibe. It also can give a “care-taker” type of vibe that can be “soothing” for the women at your work (they’ll feel that someone capable is in charge). Normally I’d say wait until you’re a more experience user but I think if you’re careful and start your experiment with 1 drop and go up from there, plus will all the research you’ve done so far , I think you can handle it.
I also suggest Instant Female Magic to use with the A314. This will help calm the ladies down a little and maybe they won’t get so riled up.
As for the relationship stuff, try Ammo Double Strength (because your 40 and may not produce as much natural pheros as you used to) which is a female attractant. Pair this with Instant Honesty or Instant Gentleman (or both). These will add the connection and depth that you’re looking for.

The base would be A314 for me, low dosed at the beginning and doing a polish with Instant Honesty, Instant Openess and/or Instant Shine.
The fine work is a correct dosage that I shall have to fine tune with experience. Instant Female Magic and Turn Up the Heat will be for “private use”. Same as above, experience will show me the correct dose.
But there is no real plan, I think that I want first playing and experiencing a little bit, kind of enjoying others reactions.
