Hello I’ve just recently started looking into pheromones after a friend telling me about how much she loved hers after a little Internet research it was pretty clear that this was the place to go! For more positivity, I would recommend you try Instant Shine double strength. It picks me up and puts me in a better mood within a few minutes of spraying. I suggest double strength because it is hard to OD on and goes well with every blend. I use one spray.
I recommend IO and IH for friendship building. Since I started wearing IH to my classes, people are more comfortable and friendly with me. IS even has this affect as my classmates see me as a happier more positive person and now we are closer.
Those are the pheromones I have worn which are gender neutral.
For sexual attention, I have heard Instant Sexiness B makes you come off as cute, playful, while Instant Sexiness A makes you appear “vampy” as said by Conjurator.

Welcome to the site. So yes you sure are in the right place. What I would do is look inot the Female Wardrobe as you get all the products that are mentioned. For attraction IS/A, or IS/B will be your main one here. The B is softer and would start off with this one because A is more in your face and some do not like it. The best thing to do here is start with B and then try A and see what works best for you.
The kit also has IS, IO, and IH. These are pretty much socials. The IS will boost your confidence and make everyone feel great around you. IO is an ice breaker and for you I would wear on your neck so it helps you as well as others open up. IH This will promote bonding and deep conversations.
