Hi, I’m a 25 year old female, I come from London, England. It was snowing here the other day! I’m not looking to attract anyone in particular since I’m in a long term relationship but it would be nice to try out some pheromones on my boyfriend and see how he reacts. When you get your products, start experimenting with them one at a time in increasing dosages until you find what works best for you. For example, on day one, use one spray and note the self-effects as well a others’ reactions. On day two, use two sprays and do the same. On day three, use three sprays and so on. You’ll begin to see a pattern emerge. When you find the dosage that works the best for you and you know what kind of reactions that you can expect, this is called your “sweet spot”.
Once you figure out what your sweet spot is for each product, then you can start combining them together. This way, you’ll know which product is doing what. You may still need to tweak the dosages a bit since sometimes the effects can vary slightly by using products together, but at least you’ll have a “base” to start with.

However I would suggest IH over CTTM to use to see effects on your BF. It causes deep conversation but also evokes feelings of closeness connection and intimacy.
