Hey, welcome. Surprisingly what I suggest is something that is actually not sexual. That would be IH to increase rapport, trust, and to help deepen connections and IO to help feed conversation and add approachability/help break the ice. IS is another good one as well, it will help you and her feel good while in its own way it’s also attracting.
If you want to steer it in a more sexual way AMMO added to the ones above will help, IG is also another option to make you seem like a confident Alpha leader who will be able to take care of her.

IG is the answer to a young man’s version of A314 as it’s more gentle and more simple than A314. However, the main ingredient in both IG and A314 is Androsterone, which helps to add a sense of Alpha comfort, trust, and an image of someone who has his stuff together so to speak. In a way it’s also attracting and sexual to the ladies, as some of the ladies here have mentioned that Androsterone makes them feel at ease and comforted. However, only way to really find out for yourself is to test these out and see what you will see effect wise.

I agree with the above suggestions.
I’d go with either A314 or Instant Gentleman along with IH and Instant Shine. Normally I’d be suggesting Instant Openness but she already knows you so you are going to want something to help open the door to feeling a bond with you again.
The nice thing about the neroli scent is in these products is that it is very easy to cover with cologne. Just spray on the pheros and wait 10 or 15 minutes to make sure the phero mix has dried down and cover with the cologne of your choice.
Some of the guys on here use a small amount of lotion or baby oil rubbed onto the area prior to spraying the pheros on. They say it helps but I"ve never tried it. The only other suggestion I’d have is to make your own oil composite but that isn’t easy or cheap. The pheros DEFINITELY last longer on the skin than the spray versions, however.
for the cologne of my choice, i just spray it on top of the mones?
i have realm for men, can i use that? as long as it’s not alcohol based?
