Pheros will not give you confidence. That is something that will have to come from within you. What pheros can do is help make your interactions with other people go easier. But you will still have to do the main part of the work and talk to people.
If you are a little shy around people the products I usually recommend are:
Ammo - this has enough none in it to let her know that you are interested but it is balanced enough that you can wear it anywhere.
IO - helps with those intial conversations - it helps make people mor talkative. But again you have to talk to them.
IShine - helps the people around you feel happy to be near you. And happy people tend to be more talkative.
A314 can be a tough one. It will give you a strong leadership vibe. But you have to act like a strong leader when you are wearing it or your actions will outweigh the vibe the phero is sending off. This can be a tough product for a lot of guys your age to wear well.
