Are you just looking to use pheromones within the work environment? A314 would be a good suggestion but it is a bit pricey. Or maybe IG and IS. By the way, whats your age and where are you from? What kind of work environment do you work in?

I would actually get a to go of IG and a bottle of A314.
IG is milder and dominant but not as much as A314, start of the work week with one spray a day, then work up to two sprays the second week…then try three.
If three seems ok do that for the third week, if it’s too much pull back to one spray of IG and one drop A314 and keep at that until the IG runs out. At that point replace the remaining IG with A314.
This will make the respect and authority vibe come on slower and you can ease people into accepting your new image with less resistance. Sometimes people will have preconceived notions about us and they’ll resist our attempts at growth as they can become uncomfortable with us stepping outside the box they’ve compartmentalized us in.
IO can be a great help for shy people. People tend to react to this by starting conversations or by increase frequency of conversations. IH can be good as well for in conversations for people generally have this rule of “sharing.” Basically this rule is when I share something personal about me, the other is expected to do the same (or vice versa).
Planning to talk to a lot of girls? Use Ammo, IG, or A314, but I might recommend against A314 for now and I would focus on the socials at first. Then again, if you do decide to get A314, you must be able to walk the walk or it would be no use (with A314, you must show confidence!). One can get some confidence by using Ammo, IG, or A314, due to the self effects, or by communication skills in where shy people might have a hard time in (initiating convos, maintaining convos). IS is a good option as well for the mere mood booster can upgrade a lot in one’s life (when you are happy, it shows and people tend to talk when they are happy).
If you are shy to everyone then I would highly recommend on buying the socials (one or many) and work on your communication skills first. IO, IH, IS for everyday situations. Throw in some Ammo, IG, and A314 for for girls specifically. Alcohol can also make a great backup to your pheromone arsenal too if you are the type of person out gets more outgoing with a drink or two.

A314 or IG would help. Also, use IH with A314 or IH to enhance trust and reliability.
