Welcome to the forums Atzin,
I am glad you have done your homework and researched a little, this forum is full of good info pertaining to pheromones and there are quite a few guys who are into PUA who post here. you should definitely check out the intro section of this site. I have posted a few articles below for you.
An Introduction to Mones: Names, Size, Strength, Use, Effects & Duration - #9 by SteveO.
With respects to recommendations, if i were you i would try AMMO its a great all round product for attraction. The only caution i have is be careful not to OD with it as at your age (18) you are really producing a lot of pheromones naturally already. That being said you could always buffer (in your case augment
) ) it with Instant Shine as you are naturally confident. with these 2 products you will be on fire!!!
Good luck and do let us know your results!!!
