If you are looking to improve communication, then the socials IO, IH and IS would be my first suggestion - IO serves to promote flowing conversation, IH helps to promote depth, bonding and closeness, whilst IS can be used to steer yourselves into a happy/feelgood mood.
None of the above contain none, so the risk of overdose is minimal but be aware that a lot of sprays of each can leave you and your subjects feeling a bit burned out after a few hours. However a couple (say 2-4) sprays should be fine to start off with.
If you want a more sexual/attention getting product, consider Ammo - that contains none and is good for a confident healthy and sexy vibe.

For communication I would get IO and IH. IO can spark conversation and get people more comfortable, and while IH is very similar it promotes more of a bond, but still can be quite chatty. Ammo is a great product for attracting and making a bit more of a sexual nuance, but is still mixed with socials making it social enough to wear just about anywhere.

I’d say that the socials such as IS, gives me a relaxed, at ease feeling with others around getting a comfortable to be around you vibe. The IO and IH would help you out with convos, though, IH will be indepth convo’s coming out, so brace yourself!!!

Pheromones don’t fix problems as it can’t make persons act against their will. Communication is key in a relationship and I applaud you for wanting to work on that. Most guys don’t care or just goes of and talks to someone else.
