Hi Everyone! I’ve always had a pretty acute sense of smell which got even more acute after I quit smoking 3 or 4 years ago. So when I dicovered the existence of pheromone products i was like, wow! I knew like Lavender could calm and Lilacs always kinda could uplift and energize, to my nose anyway. Just like getting behind a diesel truck or an old vehicle with bad exhaust fumes can point my mood down. Other people may have different reactions to these smells. Which I think is as interesting as different people having different tastes in food.
So, my first experience with pheromones(not as consciously detectable of a scent) was a cologne from Elder-Beerman and I cant remember the name. I’m sure someone else on this forum does. So the lady I was trying to attract was not interested and seemed to be repelled. I was baffled. Further research dug up that the cologne had female pheromones. Wow! [as I type this post the text has changed to bold and i don’t know why..probably user error] The next one I tried was Primal Instinct and I received varied reactions from different people and not always the reaction I expected. Kinda like synthetic drugs where one problem is somtimes solved but other side effects come along. Some good, some bad, some potentially deadly. I also wondered about the product’s mid to long term effacacy as it seemed to quit working after a week or two. I look back and think maybe I tipped the top of the bottle against my skin and corrupted the contents with my own oils, acids and salts. This has happened to me with cologne samples before. ..correct me if I’m wrong..
So, fast forward roughly a decade to today and I was facinated to see some of the webstores still in business and the Smartmones one really facinated me with their more narrowly targeted products that have something to do other than just attract the opposite(or the same sex). The starter kit looks nice and I may pop on that. It’s also nice to have a large active community like this one to discuss application and results. So..hello and…where’s my coupon?!

There are a couple things you need ot keep in mind when using pheromones.
First, they are more like subtle whispers than like the Axe commercials. I have had over the top unmistakable results but for the most part they are there in the background just making my day easier.
Second, products like Primal that are heavy with none can get you very mixed results, especially depending on how much you have on. None can scare away young women but attract older women. It can attract women when they are ovulating or repel them during that time of month. Lots of variables with those kind of products. I always recommend buffering none with more social products. The sexaul nature of the none comes through but the social products make it friendlier and more acceptable.
And then your age plays into it also. It is a little easier to OD when you are young than when you are older. How old are you?
You say you like the fact that there are targeted products here besides attracting females. What other areas of social interaction are you interested in? Work? general social stuff?

I’m approaching my mid 40’s.
Social interaction?..Work,yes. General social,yes. Attracting females,of course. Actually anything social.
Also, taking current relationships and moving them along on multiple levels; intimacy, physical, trust, friendship, spiritual even. But spiritual’s an individual, personal thing. And trust is a definite aspect.
Instant shine sounds facinating as a tool to help point some of the negative poeple that we can’t avoid to more positive ground.
I’ve always have been attracted to older women and some even near twenty years my senior have become available. Some have accepted multiple dates with me but I have found it difficult to to progress beyond that as it seems that they eventually feel I’m ‘too young’. I probably am a somewhat ‘immature’ 40+ person. But having a tool to ‘appear older and more mature’ would be nice. But I realize pheromone can’t be the whole solution.
Another concoction, if it exists, would be something to send the message to someone “I’m really not interested in you ‘that way’” to someone who doesn’t take ‘no’ for an answer very well.
Also, and this one is kinda out there, has anyone researched pheromones to see if they can make us more appealing (or unappealing) to pets? Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, etc.

Work: A314 & IH - A314 says I am The Man at work. alpha leader. But it can come across as a little strong especially to people who are more followers than leaders. And I am not saying that in the pejorative sense - more in their personality. As a result you can get what I call respect distance - people will give you more room out of respect and that can close down verbal communication. To offset this I use IH. IH generates feelings of connection and often leads to deeper discussions as a result.
Evening: Ammo & A314 - Ammo gives you the low key sexy, A314 screams successful. This pulls them in from about age 25 and up. There is a thread in my signature block about this one.
IO & Ishine - party in a bottle. Very light fun and talkative.

Not at all. I can be outgoing at times, but not consistently. I’m definitely not confident. I lean toward the shy side. So probably being better at meeting people. I’m not too bad at it but I kinda feel uneasy meeting new ones. So feeling more confident meeting people would be great. Having the other party be more calm and comfortable meeting myself would be nice too.
Hmmm…well that’s a start. It’s getting a bit late to be so introspective.

In that case, you should definitely get some Instant Openness, which is fabulous for relaxing both you and those around you, everyone will be chattier and more outgoing, conversation will flow more easily.

Thanks for the recommendations, Sillykitty. You must like cats. I ended up ordering ‘The Killer Pheromone Newbie Kit’ which i believe contains IO, Ammo and IS. I did however screw up and didn’t follow directions on applying the gift certificate. So I guess I’ll be using it down the line on a refill!
Got my kit today! Yay! And have applied IS and Ammo. To start, about 3 or 4 shots of IS. I thought, kind of a slightly feminine smelling citrus. Didn’t do anything at first. I thought ‘man, did I just waste my $!’ Then I got the giddies for a few moments. So I knew I was having some kind of reaction. I wasn’t in the greatest of moods to start the day so I tried to avoid the effects in spite to ‘prove it wrong’. The IS definitely has some kind of anti-depressant thing happening. Pretty cool. I have more to add but am posting on a time crunch.
