Hello! I am in my twenties and I am Austrian (therefore, sorry for my English). I work with people; however, everyone seems to think that I am very much reserved and strict. Well, maybe I am. I am not exactly a talkative person, but I am certainly not a robot, what many people tend to think. I will never be cute or chatty, but I would really like people to see a human in me, not only an excellent worker. I am still not convinced the pheromones work and that they will help me, but I would like to give it a try.
This will sound stupid, but I have a very little experience with pheromones - when I used something, I had the feeling (or may be only the fear) that I smell as a prostitute, so I washed it away. Is it really possible to cover it successfully with a perfume? From what I know, I want to buy the Instant Honesty, but I don’t know what else could be suitable to make the not-a-robot impression?

Hi there Leja and a warm welcome to the mone forum. Austrian… Great. I think there are a couple of Austrians on the forum and they’re loads of fun. 
I could see IH helping you be open to others and the same for others toward you. Though, because you’re a bit more of an introvert, I’d suggest IShine with that IH. Or, IO and IShine. IO is a bit more general in terms of the convo’s it provokes and may be more of what can help you. HOWEVER, these mones will NOT do all of the work for you. They’re an INFLUENCER and will support your own attitude and personality.
For the scent that you used, what that Essence of a Woman? EoW is VERY stinky by itself and has to be used with a Plan for scent coverage.
The mones around here are mostly Neroli scented which are a bit of a citrus scent. And with 6% scent package, they are NOT overbearing.
Welcome to the board. Just as Alpha said, I would also recommend IS. I feel with me, it really seems to put me in a positive and talkative mood while wearing it. It also seems to have a positive affect on those around me. I’m also a fan of IO and IH. My usual go to combo is Ammo and IS and I tinker with things from there. Good luck and welcome again.

First - yes you can cover these products very easily with perfume. In fact - if you initially stick with the three social products that have been mentioned so far - IO, IH and Ishine - once they dry down no one will really notice the scent. You will be much more aware of them than anyone else.
Next - I really would recommend giving those three products a try and see which one or ones work best for you.
IH is one of my favorites. It makes people feel connected to you and as a result often leads to a lot of deeper conversations.
IO helps a lot with those intial chatty conversations.
IShine helps the people around you feel happy to be near you.
IO & IH can really generate a lot of conversations - starting at the general chatty but moving pretty deep.
IO & IShine can be almost like a party.
The thing to remember though is that you cannot just spray these products on and expect things to happen around you. You will need to engage people socially and then once you do these products will help you along.

I get from your introduction you need to soften your image and so I really do agree that shine is going to do just that big time.
It is all about how you present yourself, you are not a robot but maybe you are a bit tense and doing little things like smiling more or going out to lunch with your co workers when they do wearing your mones may change how they see you.
I suggest you also look into products like MX397 or MX398 for the self effects and the effects it will have on others.
Do your research and read on it to see if you may be interested.
