I am a 47 year old white male. Was married 22 years. Do not have a lot confidence when trying to talk to women.
Ok we are about the same age. I take it you are trying to get out and just meet people and women in particular.
First thing is to keep telling yourself that you are a good person no matter what the ex said. I have had a lot of friends go through divorce and I know it is painful and leaves you with a lot of self-doubts.
