I’m LaLuxe. I’m a 27yo F from the northern east coast.I have always been interested in pheromones since I was a teen, but I have never really tried them before( I had a short sting with Philosophy’s Falling in Love 'mones). I remember my bio studies in college really peaked my interest. I’m a fairly sociable person, but I have a very shy/anxious streak. I feel pretty down in the dumps and anxious most days and I was looking to pheros to turn that around. I used to be very confident, sociable, and spontaneous but I suppose age and stress have worn me down. I no longer feel like that vibrant person my SO fell in love with. I really just want to feel intriguing and sexy like I used to, I don’t know.
I’m hoping the people of this awesome forum can direct a newbie on her journey with their research and experience. As for my question, what pheromone would one start me off with to create more confidence and intimacy? Thank you everyone!

The ih and io products are very good at making conversations smooth and effortless, and helping establish rapport with people. The trick sometimes is learning how to gracefully end the interactions. Those may help open some doors to getting to know and interact with people.
