Are you in school or do you work? What do you mean by “a better social life”? Are you trying to make new friends? Are you trying to get closer to the ones you already have? Or are you trying to get invited to the parties more?

Well for a better social life I’m going to assume you mean people being more chatty and friendly.
I’d get Instant Shine to put yourself and others in a generally better mood. I’d then look at Instant Honesty or Instant Openness to help spur conversation. For a social setting I’d likely go with Instant Openness starting with a spray or two and then evaluate from there.
Pheromones however are not going to make you new friends, you are still going to have to put in effort yourself to engage people and strike up conversations.
