This stuff works with a tiny dab on each wrist, for about 2-4 hours.
"All of these products were the standard size, lowest cost, for that size bottle. So,
TAH 2 sprays 2.5 mcg x2 = 5 mcg
P79 2 sprays 12.5 mcg x2 = 25 mcg
P74 2 sprays 12.5 mcg x2 = 25 mcg
EST 2 sprays 50 mcg x2 = 100 mcg 
Looking at it this way, I feel like I’ll increase the amount of TAH next time, and consider reducing EST - I get self-effects from the EST and need to stop myself from hugging people."
