Hi im new to theromones and i have been looking through the forum for quite awhile. Now i cant decide which mones to get there seems to be lots of good mixes that i cant decide which would work best for me. I was reading a post which the guy uses P83 combined with IS P102 and he added TUTH later which he said he had great results. I just want some advice if this is any good or if there will be any better mixes. Also can you use your regular aftershave while wearing mones or not?.

Duh first of all, a non-pheromone specific advise: don’t drink before talking to women. Imo you should do it when you have reached a milestone and picking them up is a little easier for you. 
If you want it to be as authentic as possible, also talk to absolutely sober women only.
Now, first things first: if I understood you correctly you wish to have a balance between social-supporting and attraction-supporting mones. You’re 30; you can use a tad more -none than 20 y/o. I can imagine that 2-3 shots of Ammo would suit you well, depending on how intensive you work out (do you work out?). P83 isn’t a bad choice but you shouldn’t use it as an absolute beginner. It’s not a key component but something that goes well together with mones you have tested on yourself and know how they work.
For breaking the ice to get you to talk to them, IO is win It really does what it is advertised as. Also IH if you wish to get a deeper bonding - IO and IH should help you with the chat flow, and that’s the most important thing as a beginner in pick-up. Just have a chat without aiming for a specific outcome.
I recommend you 4 products. You don’t have to buy them all, even one as standalone will work well.

Hi thanks guys and mysterion thanks yes i do workout mainly cardio a few times a week. Now about my personality i find it hard to explain what im like i am quite shy as i previously said but im ok once i get talking to someone. Its the breaking the ice i find difficult the knowing what to say first but once started im not so bad still a bit shy still but not as bad. I think the mones you have recomended sound good as a start as its the breaking of the ice i want to start off with wanting to walk before i run so to speak. Now when you wear mones do you wear your normal aftershave as well or cant you wear anything thats scented?
You can, you can also apply lotion etc - if you apply the mone products last. They should be on top.
I personally don’t use aftershave or anything of that kind. Only some face care after shaving with unscented products. But as I said other scents are no problem.
Seems like IO should be your top priority.

Well that was me actually. For newbies, I’d say Ammo, TUTH, IO, and perhaps IH or IG are great for you. I think I got lucky finding the perfect blend of P83 and other pheromones, so I have to say, find your sweet spots with some beginner products then start adding stuff like P83 to the mix after you have determined what works for you as a standalone. Please be aware though, TUTH can actually turn a woman off to you. She may think you are just too overtly sexual. Ammo and IO have heard does wonders for getting the ice broken and getting some nice initial interest from women in you. I have only tried this mix one with some mixed results, but a lot of people on this forum say AMMO + IO is a pretty nice social mix. IS may help you with the confidence boost you need.
Hi yes it was you EGuz92 i have purchased the newbie kit see how i get on with that. Try them on there own first then maybe start to experiment after. So thanks for all the help i will keep every1 posted on how i get on etc.
