Hello everyone,this is ntintis from Central Ohio! I ve been reading this forum for the last four months now and i think that it is time for me to try some of these products and of course to introduce myself to the community!
I am a 32y Caucasian male, a little overweight, but generally good looking (or at least i think so.. 
) and what im looking for is a little …confidence. I’m generally a shy guy so as of today if feel that i could have done better for myself on my relationships. Im now going to the gym, try to have a healthier diet and change my lifestyle as much as i can. And as i’m single right now I’m wondering if pheromones could help me approach “the hotties” that unfortunately as of today never had the chance to be with…
I know that if I do not interact or talk but just sit on a chair at the bar more likely NOTHING will happen even with mones,but this time i do want to change for myself (i know it sounds selfish but trust me I’m not.) because… life is short!
So i feel that im ready to make a move and purchase some products, like Ammo, TUTH,IS, IO, and maybe A314. What do you guys think? And with my age should i go for 2x?

Well, for what you’re looking for, yes, I’d agree with AMMO, IS, IO… and I’d add IG, to start off. Really, a good set of mones for you to work with and give you a sexy man, fun to be around, can chat you up vibe!
As to the 2x strength, I’d suggest you start out with the 1x and find your sweet spot. Now, this isn’t a particular ‘point’ on you, but rather, the amount of mones you need to get the results you want… Check out on my sig, Intro to Mones by Steve O, if you haven’t already looked into that thread.
No problem with the weight… been there… wait, I’m there… 
and working out of it as well! Mones will help you, but, you are right, they will focus or spot light YOU…

Four months is a long time of lurking. I’m a fan of reading rather than posting, but that’s quite something!
Anyways we’re glad you decided to join us.
I reckon AMMO and SHINE would work well for you. Depending on how you do with the AMMO (It contains parts of IO) you may want to top it up with communication products like IH and IO if you are still having shyness problems. (Also, sounds cliche, but read a book on approaching women and body language - it’ll help!) I’d be cautious about A314 for now because it doesn’t sound like you are much of an alpha. It may confuse people until you are more confident with yourself. You have to work with the pheromone signature. I’m sure you probably know a decent amount of this already though. I would probably 2x the AMMO at your age.

You did your research and I do recommend that you give all the products you mentioned a shot except the tuth.
Tuth has raw none and if not used in a highly sexual environment you can come off looking like a perv.
In regards to whether or not you should go for double strength on products like Ammo or 5mcg on tuth this thread should assist you :
In terms of the social products 2X may be a good choice. The older you are the less pheromones you produce naturally so you are probably gonna use quite a few sprays with the 1x and since the dosage is stronger you will use less sprays and thus not go through the bottle so quickly and save money.
