hi…i just stumbled onto your forum. I’m 28m from Wisconsin. I’m very shy and have trouble striking up conversations…words just dont seem to flow out of my mouth. I think I’m not having enough fun in life and would like to change that. What do you recommend?
Ok. I have been repeating this many, many times, pheromones don’t change people, not even God, it is YOU, YOU have to do it yourself!
Being shy won’t help. Change your habit, talk to people, smile to them, be friendly, always help people, (God loves people who help people), never be selfish, only then you’ll feel good of yourself. People will come to you and will like to have you as their friend.
Pheromones do help…but it is just like a tool, you still have to do the ‘work’.

Instant Shine, Instant Openness or Honesty, and in addition to that, you should check out some kind of social prowess book from self-improvement section of your local bookstore. That will probably make the biggest difference.

Let me tell you first that although these products do work they are not a magic potion. They give you an edge but you have to take advantage of that edge. we like to say any results are 90% you and 10% product.
That being said my recommendation for you would be Ammo. It has enough 'none in it to spice things up but it is well balanced. I use it almost daily.
After that I recommend Instant Shine and either a combo of IO and IH or CTTM2. CTTM2 is basically a 50/50 mix of the main pheromones in IO and IH.
