Im 33, very chilled out/easy going. Lose my temper about once a year, it isnt pretty when it does happen, but that’s probably due to my “strawberry blond” complexion
Im an Optician, enjoy my work. My interest in 'mones should hopefully make work a bit easier going - im constantly being introduced & meeting new people throughout the day, human overload! Enjoy it though.
I’ve been reading through the forums with interest before just signing up. Everyone seems so friendly, a nice helpful vibe.
Would anyone have any suggestions for me, bearing in mind im currently single, & the line of work im in? Was thinking IS & AMMO? Any help much appreciated, i look forward to joining the pherotalk community!

Wow - there must be a phero convention going on over in the UK. You guys are going to be tripping all over each other soon.
For work I go with A314 and IH. but at work I need to be THE boss and the A314 definitely helps give off the alpha male aura. Now to make it a little more friendly I use IH which helps generate feelings of connection and trust. I just do not know how much of the “in charge” vibe you need but i guess it can never hurt. The IH just really helps people not only listen to you but deepends the trust via those feelings of connection.
If you do not need the heavy vibe of A314 then try IG as a base a supplement that with the IH. The IG gives you a cool, smooth, calm vibe which seems to match your personality better.
If you wanted something a little friendlier then IH and Ishine might work well too. Happy trusting people.
As far as single goes, I would run with either the IG or the Ammo. Now Ammo & A314 make a killer combo. There is a thread in my signature block about that one.

Yes, for work, I would highly rate A314 - especially in oil and the A314/IH combo is also a very good one. With the price of specs and lenses in the UK just now, the air of authority, honesty and competence this will provide should reflect in your sales pretty quickly.
And another thing about A314 oil is that the scent settles to very light - I don’t know about your place but some opticians take the no/low scent route due to the degree of proximity in customers and A314 oil is ideal here. The neroli scent of the Instant Line also settles pretty light and fresh after about half an hour, so it should be unproblematic.
Ammo’s F21 is a different matter - It is an excellent diffuser but is also pretty strong and some have irritation issues. Ammo and IS however is brilliant for socialising/partying and good in clubs, although the a more overt product like TUTH can be very useful in the most sexually charged environments, along with Instant Shine or IO as social moderators.
Thankyou both for your suggestions, i see that a314 is highly regarded, will try this. Would you say combining that with IS or ammo is most “head turning”? I understand people are affected differently, but is there a general rule of thumb with these combo’s?

The socials, as the guys have tipped you to are a great place to start, especially in your line of work where you’re interacting with people on a regular basis. I work ( well for the next 2 weeks til a new life in the sun beckons) in a client faced role too and I have had a LOT of success with IH. Due to their costs I opted for IH over IO as couldn’t afford both and figured the depth was whtt was needed for my profession.
It is a bit of a journey, I think most of us here started out with a healthy amount of scepticism and have been convinced by our own experiences.
A fair few of the single guys ( and some of the not so single players) use Truth, Ammo and A314 in social/trapping scenarios. Ethnicity does factor in, but as a fellow African Sunrise you’re gonna be just fine

I really recommend you read the sticky’s in the intro section esp the one in my signature but eventually you will have to try these out to find out for sure if they really work.
The suggestions these men give are out of their own experience so go ahead and make that purchase, tell us what you think.

HAHAHA NO don’t use all three at once! You’ll massively OD! I meant mix any of those with the socials, like IS IO IH and IG. One at a time to get an idea what works with what and in what dose and different environments

Im 33 & as you know i have an “Autumn flare” complexion ha. Do you think regular IS would be ok or extra strength, bearing in mind my enviroment? Think i’m gonna start with that, but slowly work some ammo into the equation. Sound ok??
Then a314 will be my following purchase probably.
