I started a Tantra Yoga class recently and am loving it. So my Yoga instructor gives me a list of things to go and purchase and I do. While I’m at the health food store I ask the young lady about something for an older man who never really produced a lot of testosterone in his life and she showed me a few things.
Now about me, I’ve always seem to know that I just don’t produce a lot of testosterone. I have hairless arms, not much on my legs or chest. I’ve had trouble with gynecomastia and being heavy most of my life has slowed that test production down too.
Anyway, I settled on some IGF Extreme and figured I’d give it a whirl.
Being 44 I’ve noticed that I have more fatigue and can be a bit moody at times. After taking a test at one of those pharmaceutical sites online, it was suggested I talk to my doctor about having low testosterone. Hopefully this helps, I will sometime in the next few weeks get tested either way.
Stallone used HGH. It is one of the safest TEST Boosters/Creators as far as hardcore steroids go. You dont want to take pills or injust anything as that has to be broken down by your liver and can really mess you up. REAL HGH is inject-able only and by prescription only. I know a lot of older guys using it even at low low does they are feeling 15-25 years younger. When you take the real thing depending on your dose your going to want to get a check up every 2 weeks and You may or may not exp aggression however you will feel great and your sex drive will be crazy..
Herbs that raise Test levels are fine. Legit HGH is prescription only. However certain things can stimulate higher growth hormone production. Basically Growth Hormone has an inverse relationship with Insulin. When insulin is high, GH levels are low, and when insulin is low your GH goes up. This is why when you sleep and your body goes through a 6-8 hour fast, your GH levels rise.
This can be augmented with certain amino acids. High doses of arginine and glutamine can cause your GH levels to skyrocket. Training in the early morning on an empty stomach helps. And the best kind of training for GH raising is high volume low intensity…a misleading concept because “German Volume Training” (Bodybuilding Workout App | Online Personal Trainer – Bodybuilding.com) is about as intense a workout as you’ll ever experience.
Couple this with SPIDER Stretching which will cause a HUGE increase in IGF-1 (which is basically at it’s peak during the stage where insulin and gh pass by eachother.
So you have a wicked high level of growth hormone boosted naturally via supplements, training and timing of workout vs eating.
You boost your IGF-1 levels with Facia stretching under pumped conditions. Now, you down your post workout shake and spike your insulin levels. As the Insulin rises, your GH levels go down and as the two ships pass in the night the conditions are optimized for your IGF-1 to last a little longer.
For more raising of testosterone you want heavier weaight, lower reps, long rest periods between sets. Also you’ll want to look into anti aromastase supplements, and estrogen blockers. Indole-3-carbinol (found in broccoli and other crucifers) is a strong anti estrogen, and Saw Palmetto will block estrogen as well as DHT which can cause hair loss and may/may not be responsible for prostate issues.
On the subject of supplements that claim to be connected to HGH, only certain amino acids like I mentioned are legit. Avoid anything claiming to be homeopathic HGH…homeopathy is truly snake oil. Imagine it like this. Take a 30ml bottle of HGH, dump out half the contents and refill with water so you have a 50/50 ratio…now repeat, and repeat again…and keep repeating until the PPM of the bottle is so low in HGH that it’s considered insignificant and can be sold legally to a 5 year old in a candy store…Homeopathic advocates consider that a good mix. The premise being that the water magically remembers that growth hormone USED to be there…and by you drinking it your body will produce the growth hormone to “fill the void”.
So using homeopathic HGH would basically be buying water or alcohol that touched real HGH once upon a time.
Blue growth may be more what you are looking for, paired with blue gene you got a sick stack. I recommend protein, a multivitamin, and some fish oil too if you are hitting the gym.
Have tried an embryonic extract (organic piglets they say) which was expensive as hell, they sent it to me in flash frozen vials packed on dry ice… Douglas Labs is the current distributor… you’d thaw a vial and immediately pour it into your mouth without swallowing and run it around for about 5 minutes while the embryonic peptides absorbed… the stuff is INCREDIBLY potent… you blood pressure will jump significantly and your muscles instantly tighten… you feel like you can leap over buildings… I quit, it was too damn strong, like being hurled from a catapult…
a general question, not meant to put off topic, but if u were to inject HGH (along with proliferants) into an injured area, would that mess your HGH levels up?
My guess, is maybe twice or thrice at most in total of about 2-6 months.
Would that take a toll in the future? anything bad in the long run to your body?
Well I’ve looked at the site and I can’t decide if they look legit to me or not. Deer antler of various forms have been added to sports supplements since the days of Hot Stuff and Cybergenics. Assuming they do work, I go back to my analogy where I compare steroids to pheromones. They may give you an edge once you have a solid foundation and the basics are down, but most likely a waste of money until you reach a level where every once of muscle or fat seems to be a noticeable difference to you.
IE an amatuer body builder that’s already 7% bodyfat and reaching a sticking point where he’s plateaud and can’t seem to make any more gains might benefit from it. But somebody that’s in what would be considered the “before” in a before and after comparison wouldn’t. You might think you are based off of gains and improvements but the first month or two of a training program is when lifters make the biggest gains anyway. Advanced lifters fight for weeks or months to add 10 pounds to their 1RM while newbie lifters shoot up 20 pounds or more within the same time frame.
Get the basics of diet and training down. The first supplements to consider are a solid multi vit (food source if possible) some essential fatty acids (UDO’s choice is good) and a good Whey protien/Weight gainer (avoid any products with soy as it contains phytoestrogens)
After that, then maybe add some creatine or a test booster like Alpha Male by Biotek/Tnation. Then when you look good but don’t feel like you look “great” and want to pay extra to gain that elusive 10 more pounds of muscle or drop your BF% from 8 down to 7 (anything lower than that just looks freaky anyway) then products designed to effect GH or IGF1 levels might be in order.
