I would suggest to look at Ammo, Instant Shine, Tuth… and perhaps A314-b spray or the A314 oil. If you were muscular with higher testosterone, had good hits with women without pheros and had sex somewhat, but came across a bit intimidating, then perhaps Ammo Summer Edition instead of Ammo and Instant Shine as its more social, and IG instead of A314 as its more friendly… Or things like IO or CTTM can be added if its too strong for your age.

Oops already ordered the pair i read about on the blog, tuth and ammo <<< it was menprovement or one of those sites.
I generally chat away openly to anyone so I guess the social ones weren’t really top of the list yet..! Although would be interesting to see an increased effect! For me living in a friendly city was the solution to that.
Ill go lightly and see how these ones go and then see what others to test next. For now it’s just a bit of fun.. I only discovered pheromones were a serious thing the other day

As far as letting your GF know, what I have done in the past is just tell them it is a new cologne is all and they won’t know and you really are not lying, so you should have no problem at all. Even if you do tell them it is pheromones, honestly they will just look at you crazy as a lot of people either don’t know anything about them or just thing it is a selling gimmick. I assure you they are very real and do work though if you get the right ones like what they sell here and use them right.
With the 2 you have I would start with the Ammo and see where it goes and work on getting your best dose down and at 45 if you got the regular version you should be close to 3-4 sprays, but you will have to test to verify this of course. I would build your GF up with this first then introduce the TUTH later on.
A tip also and what I frequently do is my sweet spot for Ammo is 3 sprays, I will cut back to 2 sprays and replace that 3rd spray with 1 spray of TUTH for a stronger sexual presence that still works for day use and out in public to. What happens is the sexual element is turned up while the other stuff in Ammo buffers the TUTH making it much more useable for daytime. I hope this makes sense.
Down the road I would consider IShine and A314 to add to what you have and you should have a pretty complete set.
