But whats very important to know is what is your intent? Are you looking to get attention from other women or to get ahead at work?
I would assume you are looking for social interaction and in that case you would be interested in ammo and IO. Ammo will bring you the sexual interaction while IO will bring you the desire for social interaction. I myself am introverted and find these two ingredients quite useful.
In terms of meeting women I rely pretty heavily on my socially capable friends to break the ice. Reading some of the posts on IO i think this would work well.
I look very young for my age. I think this deters women my age and tired of going out with girls younger than me, usually college age girls have different priorities than I’d like.
