Hi everyone,

I’m Jeremy. I’m 22 living in the south west of the UK. I’ll be honest, I am completely new to pheramones, and never been into the ‘pulling’ of girls area of dating before. I am quite a deep thinker and when girls have come into my life, it has always been spontaneous…and the concurrent relationship has usually lasted for years. The whole one night stand thing doesn’t appeal to me.
I play and teach guitar (and also work part time in a school cleaning), but I also am studying nutrition and naturopathic medicine, and have a diploma in biomedical science, so I am quite well ‘versed’ in how the body works. I do understand the concepts of pheramones, just haven’t researched it in more depth. I think the way they are advertised do not give them much justice!
At first I was extremely sceptical about pheramones (and still am to some degree). With labels like “instant honesty” etc, it seems to good to be true…“spray a bit of this on your t-shirt and woilla!”. However, after finding this website, I am quite shocked at the amount of people that claim it works! Hundreds! Obviously I know that it isn’t the be all and end all.
My main interest in pheramones has come recently as I have started seeing a new girl in my life. I am quite a romantic guy and I tend to feel very deeply about girls that I become close to. The idea that I can enhance what I already have with the girl I am seeing by simply spraying a few pheramones onto me seems amazing. She is really quite shy with me still but has told me many times that she has never felt so strongly for anyone…that she feels I am the love of her life etc, and it is the fact that she feels so strongly that she feels shy, she is scared to ‘mess up’. She also has self esteem issues which make her so. I am slightly shy but I do not let that get in the way of my expressions of what I feel for her (yes I feel the same way).
This is a girl that I knew many years ago. She used to have anorexia and I helped her through it. We then went our different ways for about 5 years, although we never lost contact with the love that we had felt for each other. Only about a month ago we found each other again. We met up at night in a park and sat under a tree holding each other under the stars until about 2am.
Now, there is no doubt in my mind what i feel for her, and I am confident she feels the same.
I saw this girl last weekend briefly (we are both very busy). She came to the uni I am studying at, I snuck out of lectures to hold and hug her for a few minutes before going back. What really got me thinking about pheramones were a cologne I had purchased the day before. Paco Rebanne 1 million mens cologne. I gave myself two sprays before meeting her during lectures and after our short cuddle…she went back and told her friends about me, and texted me telling me how she misses me already etc. Now, I am sure there are not pheramones in this cologne, but I am sure that it had something to do with the response. We only saw each other for a few minutes but the impact I had was just as strong as the week before sitting under the stars.

So basicaly I’m looking for a way to help open us both up more, increase her sexual desire for me, increase confidence together and make her generaly feel even more happy etc with me. I think I am also going to teach myself a few seduction skills, NLP etc just for the record, although I feel that my open-ness to express what I feel is enough. I just do not want to let her slip!

I am not unattractive, I ‘gym’ it 3x a week and see a personal trainer, and with my nutrition and health background, I try to keep a very clean diet! Some actualy think I am a bit health obsessive, but it pays off.

At the moment I am thinking of purchasing a mix of mones. The ones I have on my list to get are ammo (which seems to be the basic one), instant openness (to help her open up even more and feel generaly more comfortable), instant honesty (to help her feel confident enough to be as honest as she wants), A314 to make myself feel more confident, turn up the heat to make her desire me sexually more. My only concern is overdoing it. I can’t imagine spraying 2-3 sprays of each of these and not having an incredibly strong scent. I am not sure how strong the scents actualy are.

Hi Lovegin - Welcome to Pherotalk. :slight_smile:

From this great intro and your other posts, I see you have a particular lady in mind and there is a lot of info here that will help you get there.

First thing to remember is that pheros are only part of the picture. They do help, sometimes quite dramatically but you also need to consider your behaviours and attitudes and approach the lady in a manner suited to promoting as much attraction as possible. To that end, I suggest you search out Radman’s posts on attraction and congruency - He has posted much superb advice in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.

It looks to me that you are off to a very good start with this girl and the fact that you are enthusiastic, fit and have a lot going on in your life is a good thing - Don’t make it too easy for her! Also, how old is she? Do remember that younger girls do tend to respond well to the socials - IS, IO, IH, IG at least as well ans the sexuals - Ammo, TUTH etc. They generally respond to a much lower amount of none compared to an older woman. So at the moment, I would suggest that Ammo and the socials might be your best approach - The none in Ammo is well balanced and unlikely to be a problem - in fact it may give you a significant confidence boost too. :slight_smile:

In the meantime, you should be reading the sticky threads at the top of this and the Mens forum, for all the info you need about phero choice, application, IOIs etc.

The girl in question is a bit older than me, by about 7 months. I am 22 she is 23. However, I am the ‘protector’ so to speak. She will cuddle up to me and just close her eyes as we stay like that for ages in silence…it seems almost as if words aren’t needed with us…the love is there. So yes, I think I will go for ammo and a fuel socials.
Obviously they arent the be all and end all…but I feel my approach is good enough anyway. I am very thoughtful about the way she feels.
Just waiting for the $25 so I can get going!
If I wear my normal cologne along with the mones, will it still work? Will the effect be diminished in anyway? I want her to get used to ‘my scent’/cologne rather than continuously change.

Ok, 23 shouldn’t be too bad for none tolerance. Don’t use too much to start with till you have found your sweet spot tho. :slight_smile:

No problem with using your own cologne as a cover scent at all. Simply build-up the mix by layering and leave each spray for a few minutes to dry between applications.

The only thing to avoid is spraying colognes over oil-based pheros, that can disrupt them, so just use different app points there. :slight_smile:

Or alternatively I could just use the pheramones on a different part, my neck for instance, and my cologne on my chest?

Yes - If its any help, I usually start with the neck/upper chest and work out with the none-based pheros but for the socials, I start from the wrists/forearms, depending on clothing & work-in.
