Hello! I am 21yo female and I have trouble making friends. I am hoping that by using pheromones I will make more friends.

Trouble making friends? It’s easy to make friends here. Yeah, I know what you mean, though. Despite my tough-looking exterior, I’m an introvert and don’t talk to strangers very well. I hate small talk. I’ve worked on it over the years, but pheromones have made it a lot easier for me recently.
I recommend Instant Shine and Instant Openness. These two will attract new people towards you and Instant Openness will encourage people to start talking, including you! I’ve used this combination on several occasions with excellent results. People really do talk to you as long as you smile and display a friendly body language.
Are you looking to make friends with women or with men? There are some products that would be more gender specific, but overall many that AD offers are unisex. Are you also looking to make friends at work? At school? At the clubs? There are also products that are situational specific.
Tell us more about yourself, and I’m sure other users on the forums can offer their advice. But you would do good in making friends with Instant Shine and Instant Openness.

To Hank’s question, I’d add: Does your difficulty to make friends come from shyness, from a lack of self-confidence, from social anxiety or because you live in the middle of nowhere? Are people intimidated by you? In friendship, are you looking for quantity or quality? This will help us make more precise suggestions.
Maybe our friend Lillian will come by and give you specific lady-to-lady advice .
Yes, I was looking into Instant Shine and Instant Openness. People seem to have mixed feelings on IS though, and on the description page it says “It’s a brilliant masculine effect, and really hard to go wrong.” I don’t want to be perceived as masculine so that turned me off.
I might try Instant Openness once I get that GC, the current price is a little too high for me. I really want a pheromone spray that will cause both men and women to approach me and strike up conversations with me.
I’m shy and have difficulty starting conversations, but once they’re started, I can totally be friendly and sociable.

Welcome to the site. With IS it is only really masculine on a male or if a male wears it with other pheromones to make it come off this way. IS is actually pretty universal and great social product.
They also sell the Togo 5ML bottles which are more affordable around $20. You might want to consider the Women’s starter pack as this will have all the items you need to get started and is a great bargain. This way you can test all these items and you can see what works best for you.

Don’t worry about IShine. Much of the marketing on the website is geared towards men since probably 3/4 of their customers are men. Masculinity can be confidence, self-assuredness, poise, etc. Many women use it with great effects. Most of the complaints about IShine is that it fatigues people after several hours when they use too much. Keep it to two sprays and you’ll be fine. Or plan to drink coffee if you use 4 sprays for the ultimate wow factor. I’ve done it. It’s fun!

My recommendation for you is IS/B and maybe IS Or IO. I offer this as IME don’t always react in a way you would expect when trying pheromones (ph). I am an introvert turned extrovert with the assistance of ph, but some I don’t feel as social with and confident as others…
With IS/B I am able to FEEL more confident and initiate conversations. The first part of the equation is the way YOU feel and as these fine gents have expressed, others pick up on your level of comfort and confidence… Your smile, openness, body posture… The same IoIs that we look for when we are attempting to engage people in conversation is what people are looking for indications of… Approachable etc in you.
The IS/B - for you, your confidence level and even a bit of interest and intrigue as people engage you. You may not even have to start half of the conversations with this one.
IS to peak interest in others and get their attention
IO … The name explains it… Gets people talking…when I wear this and/or IH alone I usually feel uncomfortable (pair with IS/b) if you find similar. I will add I usually feel uncomfortable because it’s not routine for me to talk at length about myself…doing so even inadvertently makes me uncomfortable, though IS helps.

I am pissed of the fact that every honest recommendations dished by forum members above will go to waste because you simply are not what you claim to be.
I am pissed of the fact that you did all these just to get a free $25.
