Sorry to hear that the relationship is having problems. But as a guy married over 20 years I can tell you that if a relationship is having problems sexually, unless there is a physcial problem, the problem is more likely to be based on something with the relationship itself and not the sex per se.
Given that thought, I would ask you to read the thread in my signature block for married guys. Now I know you are not married, but many of the ideas are still the same. The thread will give you strategies and the products to use with them that may help with your problem.
You are right on with the IFM. That will help her to relax. But you do not need her to relax only to hit her with the TUTH. Save that for later once the relationship itself is humming along again. Instead go with some Instant Honesty to help regerate feelings of connection so you can get to the problem. As a married man, I can vouch for the validity of what is mentioned in bosshanks thread that you have already read, it was a major part of saving my marriage.
Leave the Turn up the Heat for now, your relationship problems are not going to be sorted out by sex (not from her point of view at least, after all, women make love with their brains, unlike us men!!)
For me, IFM and Instant Honesty did more in one week than any amount of sex could have managed and I would advise you to try them before you try anything else. You may also find some Instant Gentleman useful, read up on it and use it wisely.
Sorry mate, I know that us blokes think that sex is the answer, but right now you don’t know what the questions are that she needs answered, get those sorted and the sex will take care of itself.

OK, first thing, read the stickies at the top of the new users and men’s sections, that will answer a lot of questions about application points, there’s also a guide on how much to apply to test for your sweet spot.
Instant Gentleman as a to go bottle doesn’t show in the store but a couple of us have received them in the past couple of months, a quick line to customer services might be worth while.
