Hi everyone. I am 35 years young woman living in Switzerland (foreigner here). Found out about pheromones today by accident while searching for advice “how to get my ex husband out of my head” :slight_smile:. Thing is I know the answer myself: I HAVE TO START GOING OUT AND DATING. Sounds simply, but… after all these years it is not easy to start again.
If I go out, I get attention (I am tall, slim, blond), but rarely guys come to talk to me cos I have that cold scandinavian look. In general I am introvert and observer and listener and hate to be the center of attention. So basically I have problem with the first contact, but if some nice guy finds courage to come to talk to me, then I can be and flirty and funny and turns out that I am not cold at all :slight_smile:.

I can see the controversy with your extroverted inclination but resistance to be the center of attention. First contact will be difficult. More approachable, I’d suggest IShine and IO. IShine gets me a bump in confidence with others feeling comfortable to be around me. If that isn’t enough, the IO will get others wanting to be bubbly and chat with you. So, both will help in breaking the initial hesitancy in approach.

you dont have to force yourself to start dating yet. go out with friends and family first, then transition to dating in my opinion.

after a breakup, concentrate on your own personal evolution by bettering yourself in every way!

and agree with 1Alpha! Io and IS would be perfect for you! You will honestly tell a difference.

Make sure you go out and enjoy yourself!

How i found this forum. Firstly I was watching something on youtube, then on the side bar was a clip about something (didn’t watch it) and in the title pheromones were mentioned. So I googled it and I am here! Very exited :slight_smile:

I’ve also been living in Switzerland as a foreigner and I learned that while the Swiss are friendly and polite, they’re not the keenest of nations to really make friends with people from elsewhere, or with ones that are different. Not that there’s anything wrong with it, it’s possible, but takes more time than with some other folks.
Pheromones can certainly help in your case, I won’t recommend anything particular as you’ve already received some good advice. Spend some time on the forum and everything will be much clearer :slight_smile:

In terms of your ego I know exactly what you mean. However, when one door closes we stare too long at it to notice another one is opened.

I personally think there should be a chip to make us erase from memory all the idiots who didn’t know what they had.

For men to approach more I would use a mix that is has similar effects to what we call cttm 2. This product was basically 50% IH & 50% IO.

I suggest you also read up on mx397 and mx398 to see if these products interest you.

Just received my order. Got IO,IH, ISEX AND IS TO GO’S. Will definitely order mx397 later.

One more question. How long the smell stays? For now IO smells like man’s cologne to me. However it smells nice, i’d like to wear my perfume also.

Yeah, I think IO and IShine with the Neroli scent package are more of a masculine scent. Though, you can use your own perfume as a cover. The scent and mones, for the alcohol base, may last 3 to 5 hours, depending on the environment and your application points as well.
