However pheromones shouldn’t be looked at as a solution to a problem - they are only an aid.

I would say I’m quite introverted. Among close friends I’m quite talkative and outgoing, maybe even a little loud but put me among strangers and I would tend to clam up. It does take a lot of effort for me to reach out to new people and I might get slightly defensive even when I get chatted up.
