to answer your questions:
it really depends on a number of factors, like where you spread the application (if your part that you sprayed it is really vascularized, it has higher diffusion rates), temperature and etc. but i would say a meter or 2 or more
basically, you have to make sure that she attributes the pheromone scent to you. so you would have to actively talk to her and make an effort to really flirt or engage her. don’t let others ride off the scent.

I would say I am not very confident and self conscious in social situations. I have mustered enough courage to approach girls in the past before any knowledge of pick up artist stuff and after I read some of mystery’s stuff but both lead to conversations that went nowhere. A lot of people that know me think that I’m funny, but I’m beginning to worry that I come off as a clown to people that know me, and just a shy timid guy to people that don’t know me in public places.
At first I was interested in pheromones for attracting females, but I didn’t realize until I joined this forum that pheromones could also be used for work or getting platonic friends also. So I find the latter purposes interesting as well now, but primary goal would still be to attract the females. I don’t know very many girls so my primary targets would be girls that I find attractive wherever, such as clubs, school, everyday places like grocery store etc. It’d be cool if females saw me as an attractive guy for a change.
A part of me wants a relationship and a part of me, not to be blunt or offensive, just wants to get laid for once.
I mean, I’m 21 and still a virgin! I’ve also never had a girlfriend before, so pheromones helping me with that would be good too.
Oh and here’s another question I came up with: If you’re outside and it’s windy, will people perceive the pheromone.

Try reading some of 60’s work instead. It teaches you very simply what to do. Everything he teaches you, you would want to do as well. He just gives u the direction.
If you’re interested into psychology and hypnosis, Ross Jefferies work would help enormously, but his work is often deep and may take some time reading up psychology to begin with.
How has Ross Jefferies been working for you? Did you try any of the patterns he teaches and what were your results?

As for wind, of course it would affect the diffusion to others, unless they were close to you. And of course, it would depend on how windy. Obviously, common sense-wise, less wind is better.
Ross Jefferies has some pretty hardcore psychological patterns that I don’t really dare try. The october man sequence would be one.
But his other work, the more ‘light’ ones, have been working very well. I personally love the one that told me to make her imagine her most painful time, and then her happiest time. This has made my girlfriend think of me whether she is in pain or in joy.
I’ve also tried his method of ‘creating a better girlfriend’. The real class notes were extensively long, but the theory is simple. First create a permanent rapport and deepen it; then identify her most precious values and morals/rules; identify your own most precious values and what you want; create an ‘other place’ in her mind (giving her a space in her mind that only her and you have access to); then the following step I did not fully understand, but I have altered it for my own needs. I put her values in her world, and waited until she loved imagining being there. Then I put my values in there, so she feels more natural to love those things as well. The last step is described by Ross as ‘giving her a cookie’ - I havn’t gotten to that part yet.
I have also seen his work on a short ebook called ‘how to get girls into your bed without trying’. I have not of course gotten girls in bed yet for that, but I have definitely been more confident of myself ever since; other girls have loved me for it. The trick is affirmations. Ross tells you to read and record urself saying sentences such as “You radiate a confidence, warmth, and charm, that women find irresistibly attractive.” 10 times over, and then listening to the recording twice a day for a week, then once every day or two. He also says to read out ur sentences along with the recording, but be one sentence ahead. So if you were listening to recording of sentence one, you will read sentence two. This creates confusion to distract ur critical faculty, and embed(hypnotize) the ideas into your subconscious.
His work on speed seduction’s video are low quality, and my eyes have hurt trying to make out what happens. But I do intend on listening to the mp3 version when I have time.

I came up with two questions about pheromones recently.
I heard that a lot of our pheromones get washed away from frequent bathing, so I was wondering, after taking a shower, how long does it take for your body to fully recharge itself with it’s own natural pheromones? Hour? Days?
Also, since we produce our own pheromones and I’ve heard that some people’s pheromones may produce more of an alpha presence while others create more of a beta presence, without the discovery of spray pheromones would people with beta pheromones have been destined to be seen by others as beta forever?
