What are you hoping to use the phero’s for? You mention socialising… Are you after using phero’s for general social situations, romance/dating, work/study?
As for your question…A314 isn’t a sexual phero. It gives off the alpha male vibe and give you respect, IF you can pull off that vibe…It’s not suitable for shy or less outgoing people. It’s mainly for work settings etc..
Ammo is good for sexual attraction, I’d go for that one AND a social phero if I were you…that tend to work better.

You’re right, let me go a bit more in depth. I’m not a shy guy, but i’m also not outgoing. I’m a runner and an amatuer lever Snowboarder.
What I’m looking for is something to give a little boost of confidence in meeting women, and socializing with others. I’m good at it now, but i always overanalyze the situations I’m in and would love to put some of that at ease so:
