Hey Pablo, are you looking to win over your boss or win over customers? From my experience A314 will help you in gaining customers trust and sales but it may make you bump heads with your manager more. What could be better in this respect is a combination of IG and IS to help win both customers and your boss over! You would have the respect and more positive friendly vibe, much more approachable then A314 for this use.
Ammo would be your best bet for connecting with ladies at parties/bars.. spray with abit of IS and you have another winning combination.

I’m a pretty easygoing guy. Not boisterous and center of attention, but not invisible either. I talk when I have to kinda person. I’m kinda in the middle- not on either extreme. I just want to take things up a notch in my life. At work i’m pretty average in terms of sales. I want to be treated with more respect and possibly get promoted even. I think the way that my boss perceives me may put a damper on my chances of getting promoted. The job is kinda lame and no one here really takes it all that seriously. I’m bored here. Maybe I should look for a new job, I guess.

TO gave you some good advice. My favorite work combination is A314 & IH. But like TO said, sometimes that extra bump from A314 can create a reaction from a boss or coworker who feel like they are losing their status as the alpha male. Despite that, I would give it a try with the IG plan as a back-up.

You could start out with AMMO, much easier to wear IMO, and will get you a bump in confidence. This will usually translate into respect from others around you. My 2 cents. Then, you could go for the A314, oil is best, IMO. I do like the fast action of the sprays, like A314 /b, but, doesn’t last on me, more than 3 to 5 hours.
You are going to have your work cut-out with that firm - bunch of absolute cunts! Some of the senior management got to know me quite well a few years back and there is absolutely no love-lost between me and their methods. 
Hope you don’t get dragged down by the corporate culture of negativity and blame-passing and go onwards and upwards to better places rapidly.

I agree that for A314 will be great for sales but am not sure if it will work so well as twisted said with your boss.
I do also want to take into consideration your personality and I will definitely start of with IG to show that am mature and capable and when you start seeing results and you are more confident try the A314.
I think what bossy is taking about is your referral reward points and it is wise if she uses it using her email address that she uses on the store and yours as well so the system can recognize you two when you make your first purchase.
