Hi! Should I try the under 30 version of A314, or the current version? Have been told that I looked like under 30 years of age, and that doesn’t really help with moving up the career ladder for a more senior position at work. Thanks! 
The under 30 version has literally just hit the store so there is very little help anyone can give you here as few if any of us have had a chance to try it.
However, if you want to try it, AD are good with their warranties and if it dosen’t work out, you will get your money back or see it exchanged for the standard product.
Personally, in the professional sphere, in your thirties and no matter how young you look I would say that standard A314 is probably perfectly viable if you start by introducing it at a low dose, then build-up over a few weeks to help give time for your colleagues to adjust to your new signature.
You may also want to consider steering it with a little Instant Shine which helps give A314 a more youthful/team-centric pleasant leadership vibe. However, finding your effective dose with A314 on its own is unquestionably the best way to get started, then you can add-in other things as or if needed to suit more specific situations.

I’ll agree with mobocaster. Get the regular A314 and man up. I think the people at work don’t literally judge you with your looks. Review the way you act, you perform your duties and tasks, and the way you interact with workmates and perhaps, clients too. I think that’s where that “I looked like under 30 years of age and that doesn’t really help with moving up the career ladder for a more senior position at work” crap… or thing, is coming from.

The new “Young” A314 is so new no one here has any real experience with it. So I am not sure how that would work compared to the regular A314.
I can tell you that the regular A314 is a tried and true product so it is hard to go wrong with it. If in fact you are older than 30, then it may well be the right prduct for you for where you are in life. If you want to come across as slightly younger, then you can also think about IG which will give you a “cool” vibe which can certainly make you seem younger. Because according to my kids, it is almost impossible for someone my age to be truly “cool” haha!
