You can certainly use cologne and deodorant. Otherwise I’m sure many less people would be interested
Bacteria on your skin can cause some pheromones to break down into different pheromones, possibly causing a different effect. When people OD its usually becuase of androsteNONE, which is whats mainly in tuth and IJ. So with that being said, be careful with the amount of TUTH to use and when you use it.

Oh, I thought I would throw this in…AMMO is a great androstenone alternative to tuth. When you’re young like us, we already produce a lot of androstenone so thats why we either need minimal to none, or buffers, USUALLY. There are exceptions, as many young guys have had good luck with things like TUTH or IJ. It all depends on your personality.
With that being said, can you tell us more about yourself? Aggressive? Laid back? Etc. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

As ruffinracin has given you some info already, I wanted to add that OD could happen at your age. You are a natural pheromone producing MACHINE! However, from what I’ve read from many others your age, you can try 1x spray with IG and see how it goes. Add another spray if you need to! It’s like using salt at the dinner table! I can’t tell you exactly how much! Just try a shake and add to taste!!!
IG is a more all around mone that you can wear anytime. I’m going by what you have already.
