First, pheromones won’t do the work for you, they can only enhance what is already there so, if you wear ammo to work and one of the nurses gives you her number, she would have wanted to anyway, the ammo just made it a little easier. I have used Athena x10 before, it was my second ever pheromone product about 6 years ago. It was alright, but not outstanding in my experience. I don’t think the product has changed much over the years, just got more expensive (it was already overpriced back when I purchased it)

You just have ot remember that these products are not magic. hey will help give you an edge but the real work will be up to you. The other major thing to bear in mind is that often the effects are subtle. Nothing real over the top. People write about the over the top stuff because it really jumps out at you but most o the effects are really subtle. Kinda like a computer program running in the background. You might not see it but it is always there working for you. Try reading the first thread in my signature block for realistic expectations.
After that Diamond also gave you some good product advice. Ammo and IO are two great consumer products and would be a greaat place for you to start.

Have you given any thought to self-effects? One of the interesting effects is often a self-confidence boost, or at least a reductions in nerves. That by itself is very attractive.

You already got some great advice from the gang. There is a reason why both Bosshank and Diamond mentioned that pheromones are not magic and that you need to put in the work.
In using the products you will start to get girls approach you and being that you are shy if you don’t take advantage of the opportunity then it all defeats the purpose of using pheromones to give you that edge. I understand from guys that more guys than we think are shy but us ladies most times are just waiting for you to approach us and make the first move.
It’s up to you if you don’t wanna use the products at work but all the products recommended especially the Ammo is safe to use daily even in a work ambiance.
