Hi ya’ll, I’m a 22 year old female from Louisiana. I’m in the military, and I love my job. I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant, ready to squeeze this thing out at any minute.
I can’t really start this next part of with an “I’m here because…” because it’s a long, twisted complicated story. But, if you have a longer attention span than myself, you can go on and read ahead.
I began dating this guy about two years ago, and almost immediately fell for him. Our relationship wasn’t really stable at all for the year, always on again off again. Then, about a year ago, I moved in with him.
Now, my family and friends never really liked this guy. Not to sound conceited, but I’m an above-average looking female, and they thought that this guy wasn’t good-looking enough for me, on top of being a jerk.
Well, after living together for a few months, we realize that I am pregnant, and begin trying to sell our house and find a place in a nicer neighborhood, hopefully with an easier house note than before.
So, a few months go by, and the house won’t sell. Granted, the market’s not that good, plus he lives like a frat boy, so it’s always a mess and never completely clean when anyone came to see it.
The realtor (a good friend of ours) tells us that she’s going to do an open house for us, and to make sure that everything is spotless.
Needless to say, the house maintained it’s fratboy/bachelor look until the night before the open house, during which we were running around like crazy trying to get everything clean.
Now, ever since I’d found out I was pregnant, we’d been having issues. I didn’t trust him to raise my child, I didn’t approve of the way he raised his that he already had, and I was tired of his party lifestyle.
So, I’m cleaning out this closet, and I see a bottle of cologne on the floor next to all of his shoes, and I go to put it in the bathroom. I glance at the label, and although I can’t recall the exact name (either PHERO or EMONE, I think) I realize that this cologne has pheromones in it. I bring it to him, asking, “What is this?” with a tone and look on my face that lets him know that I know (to a basic degree) what pheromones are.
“Haha. I started wearing that when I met you!” he laughs.
Now, I’m not really mad, I actually thought it was kinda cute I guess. So we laugh it off, I call him a loser, and we finish cleaning the house.
I thought I’d heard somewhere that nobody could sell pheromones, that it was illegal, so I just assumed that it wasn’t real, that the cologne simply had the placebo effect.
Anyway, a few weeks later, I couldn’t take anymore. I knew he was lying to me, cheating on me, verbally and sometimes borderline physically abusing me. I left.
So, looking back, I’m just amazed at all the things that I let him get away with. I’m normally a strong, confident woman, and never take any crap from anyone.
I just kept thinking that it was the pheromones, and have been researching them online a little, just reading, and judging from what I’ve read here, they really do work, so I guess it makes sense.
I don’t hate people that use pheromones. In fact, it’s quite the opposite. I’m curious, I want to know what works, and I want to have it.
And that is why I’m here.
Sorry about the length, yall. I have a tendency to talk too much.
