I suggets you start with 1X version for any of those products. As you get older, your natural hormone level gradually drop, which means you can use higher doses to your benefit, but at 33, you’re still on the low side. Hi conjurator and forynavs, thanks for the advice, looks like i will be going Ammunition standard strength as Turn up the heat seems too advanced atm. Also, i think i will be adding IO to it. As for a1, i have heard that it makes guys depressed, so a little hesitant to try, is it a good mix with ammunition and io. I am willing to try it if it combines well as i heard it causes fallout sometimes.
