It all depends, everyone is different and it also depends on your own game/looks/attraction level already developed besides just pheromones alone. AMMO and IO is a good combination to begin with, I suggest trying this out first before going all crazy on other possibilities. Start small, learn the basics, and then move on to other combinations. Just take it slow, rushing the whole pheromone thing at your very n00b pheromone knowledge level will only lead to likely disappointment.
