Wow, what a cool forum and website. I never knew there was so much involved with pheromones!! A little about me- I’m 23 (almost 24), female, a student and live in a suburb of Buffalo, NY. I wouldn’t normally add any physical descriptions of myself (plus is sounds vain), in a forum intro post, but I think it might influence what’s recommended for me so here goes- I’m blond (dyed), moderately tall (5’7), on the thiner side, and generally regarded as good looking (at least when I bother to put some decent clothes on and makeup ). The only experience with pheromones I have is some scented products I bought off ebay and some inner realm EDT that I bought a few years ago. I didn’t like the scent of the realm so i never really wore it, and now after doing a bit of research I bet those things I bought on ebay were crap. Anyway, I want to give it a better try this time around and get something that really works. What I originally wanted was something to wear when I go out to increase my boyfriends and other mens attraction toward me.
I have to admit that I am feeling very overwhelmed with all the different products on the website! I didn’t realize that there were pheromones that did other things like like the honesty, truth, smile products. And all those mixes and test versions- I have no idea where to start! Definitely will need to do some major reading here if I ever want to understand what some of those things are!
I was going to start with a basic like “instant sexiness” but noticed that you can custom formulate its scent. Which is great because I hate the smell of neroli. But then I noticed the new product “lust after me.” I’m not sure what the difference is? Which ever one I go with I think I will choose the unscented versions because I like to wear my own perfumes.
Anyway, I’m also considering something like “shine” because I can tend to feel a bit self confident when i go out. But does this mess with the chemicals in your head? Like is it unsafe for people on antidepressants? Instant openness is also intriguing. As well as maybe something more suited for daytime use, though I’m mostly in class with other girls so I not really sure what could be accomplished. Maybe something to make the teachers nicer .

Best to start with the commercial “for women” products. That narrows the choices down quite a bit and limits you to things that have been well tested and show good effect for large numbers of people. All of those are favorites of the ladies here, including of course Instant Sexiness. Lust after me isn’t talked about here near as much.
I like to use my own cover scents too. We are in a minority, but not an insignificant one.
Personally, my body hates it when I try to cover the scent of my pheros… made me cranky for some bizarre reason… lol. Welocme to the forums, btw! Shine seems to be more of a user-affecting -mone. It works wonders for me, since I tend to be a bit on the shy side… more of a watcher, instead of a doer, so to speak. It shouldn’t have any adverse effect on anti-depressants, though. At least I’ve never heard of such a reaction from shine. There are a few products that seem to have adverse effects on the users, though. For instance, MX203 makes Tater wanna lose his biscuits. Instant Female Magic has been reported by many to make male users sad or sullen, while making the women around them Happy(ier). I’m not sure, since I don’t spend a whole lot of time in the Women’s forum, but there may be some products out there that adversely effect female wearers. Tisha or Jasmin would be two fantastic ppl to ask about that one. But Shine, to the extent of my humble knowledge, would not be a bad product to have, for anyone. Pretty sure you’d have to special order it to get it without the Neroli scent though…

Alot of people dont like the neroli. I would get the unscented if you dont like it but wear a cover scent that diffuses well. This is one of the reasons they chose neroli. Remember the unscented smells well… not pretty but its not hard to cover. I have them in neroli and I still cover them without a problem but its really personal preferance. If you really hate neroli go with another scent package or unscented.
No they dont mess with the chemicals in your head at least not in a bad way and there safe to use. I am not good at explaining the technical stuff but certain scents even when not obvious will trigger certain transmitters in the brain. It wont alter them. I am trying to think of a good example…
Its sort of like, Gramma’s apple pie. It warm and yummy and you love eating it. Everytime you smell a apple pie simular to hers you get that warm content feeling even years later. The only difference with that analogy is that these scents are naturally programmed into us. As far as the chemicals used with mones to duplicate this process its no different that inhaling your perfume.
Start with Instant sexiness and shine or IO as you were intending to. They are good starter products and Instant sexiness will probably become your base mone. I know it is for alot of the ladies.
