Welcome to the forums! Pheromones are great, but you also need to work on building your self confidence. Flirting shouldn’t be thought of as a job. When you talk to a woman just talk to her like you would one of your friends (minus the crude jokes ). If you are comfortable with yourself they will pick up on this and trust me it is a big turn on. The number one thing most girls look for in a guy is confidence.
