Anyway here’s my story, met this girl, we dated for 5 months, at the beginning I was calm and was just giving off the alpha vibe, towards the end I didn’t and she said the romantic feelings were gone. I know why even though she didn’t say why…I became needy, clingy, insecure etc…I am not normally like that.
Now I know it was only 5 months but this girl was special. We talked about a wide variety of things from marriage to kids and a 5 year plan. Most of the time being brought up by her. Ok I lost the alpha vibe because I was getting lax at the gym trying to show her I wasn’t like her ex who would ditch her for the gym, so that led to me becoming insecure and jealous and all that garbage that I’m not. As of right now I’m def not a beta anymore because I’ve figured out why she lost the romantic feelings. But I know that when I see her it’s going to be hard for me to convey how good I’m doing without being nervous.
She fell in love with me being me, and the first time seeing her will naturally be hard. She never told me what the reasons were for losing feelings but I’m pretty smart and pieces it together.
She’s 23 she’ll be 24 next week but she’s had as long a serious relationship that I have 7+ years as well as others of various length in between. And she always dates older gentlemen. Plus she’s ridiculously mature for her age.
I’m looking for a good combo that will help me convey I’m back to my old self but new and improved without having to mention it and bring up her defenses. I want to walk in and basically just wow her with my presence as I once did. Then once I can get that attraction back I can just be myself. Need help with the first time doing it.

I would recommend you get Instant Gentleman. This product is a status booster. It will improve your stature and presence. Also, it will boost your self-confidence. I find it is great to make one very solid in terms of emotions. It will make you pose as a wise, reliable and dependable man. Well, basically you should start be finding your sweet spot for each product and familiarize yourself with their individual effects first. This would mean use them in other occasions before. When OD’ing happens, you just know. Either tou get adverse effects or people avoid you like the plague. If you start with 1 sprat of each product, I doubt you’ll get OD. In your sweet spot hunting, you’ll see if you want to try and sprays of a product. If effects are good carry on. And just follow your adventurous vibe, or go for a blue chip you are comfortable with. You say you’ll meet the girl quite on a few occasions. I would throw all products at once. Maybe IG/IS/Ammo for the first. Then IG/IH/Ammo for the 2nd one, there you guys should do dome talking. Afterward you could stick to this or try an include IS too and maybe drop IH if the trust/bonding work has been accomplished. Just go gradually. Your evolving phero signature will bring mystery which can be good.
Regarding natural pheromones, of course it will be affected a bit, but it should be for the better.

Ok, just got my phero starter kit and I think that ammo smells god damn awesome! Lol. I’m looking for a ratio that will help me attract my ex, now usually I’m the life of the party but obviously I’ve been down about the breakup and the next time I see her I want to literally blow her doors off. I’m taking other steps as well but as seeing her for the first time in a month I want to really surprise the hell out of her and bring that attraction back.
I was thinking of using AMMO, IS, IG and maybe TUTH, what’re some good ratios to use? I plan on putting the combo on my neck and wrists to really get the good vibe going.
Test each product solo first and first your optimum dose for each. There is no shortcut for that . After that, gradually try two-components, then three-components mixes, playing with ratios if you wish. There is no one size fits all recipe, sadly. Starting out straight with a four components mix is a bit overboard, and you’ll find it very difficult to tune if you are not familiar with the effects of each product.
So which one should I try this Sunday to see how it goes? I won’t see her Sunday, however I want to try it on other people this way I can get an idea of the reaction it may invoke
It depends, what kind of setting (venue) will it be for you on sunday? WHat kind of people? Your goal is social for this first take?
The setting will be my friends house for the super bowl so nothing special just some people that are getting together. No ex gf but just some mutual friends and football. My goal is to just give off that vibe of being awesome enough for it to get back to her

congrats n the new kit and you didn’t go wrong because you get everything. Don’t worry to much about ODing just start low with the Ammo and TUTH like 1 spray and work up from there. She is 24 so she is going to be more sensitive to these 2 products.
I would solo test IS for a week then Ammo for a week and see what you get. I would make Ammo your main pheromone to wear around her. I think some IH on the wrists would work very well for you. Make sure to try and talk a little with your hands to. The IH should help you to get to the root of the problems so you can work on them and fix things. the IH will also promote bonding so this is a win win here. The Ammo will provide the attraction to keep you out of the friend zone.
