it is always best to solo test things first so you get an idea of how to adjust each thing especially when making combos. Here is what I would do and hopes this helps you get a good start.
- I would start with Ammo solo around her. Now an important note is that when someone has a certain view of you it takes sometime to change that, so don’t get discouraged as it will take some time for her to change her view of you.
Ok with Ammo it is very balanced and what will happen is it will bring the attraction back and this is important because without this it won’t really go anywhere you want. Plus Ammo has a pheromone in it that will help comfort her and help her open up. I would start right here. You will have to test to see what is the best dose, but should be close to 2-3 sprays.
- After you built her up on the Ammo I would try to add some IShine. What this will do is put her in a good mood and help keep things going with the Ammo as it will bring out even more attraction out of the Ammo. Will also boost your confidence as well and help remove any anxiety she may have and put her mind at ease.
Now a tip and with and what I like to do is wear this in my hair on top of my head because it washes out pretty easy unlike Ammo or TUTH and this spot provides a massive area for diffusion and works great here and worth a try at least once to see what you think.
- Now you that you have hit her with the Ammo/IShine and the attraction should be built up by now try adding some IH to the setup and I would put this one on back of your hands or wrists.
Very Important To get the maximum effect, try talking more with your hands to spread out the pheromones and to hit her hard with this one. Just be prepared for anything as this can be hard to work thru. What I mean is this will help with bonding and deep conversations and will get to the heart of her true feelings and problems that exist. Just be patient and don’t over react to anything she says or feels. This step is the most critical because this will determine how things will go, but if you work thru things and truly want it to work out things will go great if press thru this step.
- Now usually the best one! If you work thru the last step then add some TUTH for more intimacy. This is usually the step us guys are after. The key is to build her up and work thru things with steps 1-3 and this step usually comes last and a little goes a long way so start low with this one like 1 spray.
If she feels insecure or you need her to view you as more a mature father figure say with the kids or just in general, what you can do also is test the IG first instead of the Ammo also and then test the Ammo and use a small amount of the Ammo with the IG for more respect and for her to feel more secure if insecurity for her is an issue.

Wow that was a bit to read through, thanks for taking the time out to write this! I appreciate it, another thing I forgot to mention is that because she see’s me as a guy who would be a good father didn’t help her decision to leave as she is unsure what she wants in life now, not sure if that will affect me using ig or not, but I’ll def be trying to work through each step you laid out, another question tho, how would I be able to tell if the next step is ready to go forth? All we named so far is in the intro pack , once you get familiar with the mainstream products, you can move to more advance products. Your next products could very well be TAA, TAC and P96. TAA helps create feel good atmosphere and brings joy out in people. TAC will help her be more relaxed around you and will help much in the bedroom if you get her back there. P96 will be a key product to help with even deeper bonding and emotional attachment from her.

With the GC I would test what you get in and everything in the pack and then re order the ones you like in the bigger 30ML bottles. I agree with testing everything!
