The best thing to do is test. The $25 GC helps offset the cost to experiment. What works for one may not work for another. I remember reporting on a single molecule and read someone else’s report of same molecule and it was different. I would get starter pack and test and just order more of what you like and what works for you and your goals. Also take a look into some of the journals you will find a lot of info. Good luck.

I want to know how they work too, especially for motivation! Also, would Come Talk to Me work if I’m an introvert? I know pheros are just an enhancer, and you have to play the part… but if I’m naturally reserved/quiet will those around me want to approach me more if I wear CTTM? Or maybe I should try a combo of both Instant Shine and CTTM? I am still deciding what my first order should be.
