Quick question: I’ve seen a lot of recommendations for using A314 at work, but the two guys I work for are somewhat insecure, and have an over-sized sense of self. They have pretty much what you could call a “king of the hill” mentality- they tend to feel threatened by anyone who knows more or has more experience than they do. I’ve found that in general, the path of least resistance is to “dumb down” when they’re around.
I’ve read many posts that warn about A314 having the potential to be overbearing, but others talk about newer formulations adjusting to correct that tendency, and all of the posts that mention it are older posts (at least 5 years old).
In my situation, is A314 still a good call, or would something like IG be more appropriate?
How long do you intend to work there? What are your chances of moving up the food chain?
I have read accounts where A314 has managed to put over-bearing bosses in their place. Adding some IShine to the mix might help lighten it up enough they could take you more seriously. Or hopefully their boss might if you are in contact with that person.
If you are not among the big players, you have to settle with IG and have that dependable non-threatening second liner vibe. Otherwise, if you have the same rank w/ them insecure guys, bomb them with A314. But you have to play the part, when your with A314. Otherwise, you’ll get shit-tested all the way until you’ve proven who the Alpha around is.

Start with IG and see how they react. Add some IS to the IG; the self effects I get are great. I use two IG and one IS X2. Replace on spray of IG with one drop of A314 and test this out. There’s plenty of buffering going on. If you feel it’s appropriate, switch to A314 and IS only. It is a good combo that makes the willing to get a long vibe needed in work. Slowly working your way up to A314 status should provide less resistance than if you were to do it all at once.
I think I started if with a Togo of IS. I liked the uplifting self effects so much I bought a full sized x2 bottle before it finished. It was such an uplifting feeling not like anything is experienced before.
Nice order! I have to go with Chrisepz suggestions here and what I would do is start with the IG solo and see what you get. Then I would add the IShine maybe the following week and document how they react to this setup.
Maybe the third week dial the IG down to 1 spray and then add 1 spray/drop of the A314 and eventually drop the IG and then use just the A314 and see what this does. If this does not work so well you can always go back to the IG.
