Hi, new guy here. Been married for 22 years sooo things are a little more relaxed and routine in the bedroom. We are very happy I was just wondering if there was a way to make things more exciting with a pheromone stimulant and if so does anyone have suggestions of what kind?

There is a lot of mones that can help you get that vibe back, but it needs a push from you too. It won’t work on its own though! I believe you are in your 40’s-50’s? And where are you from?
If you want to spice up the bedroom, I would recommend TUTH X2 version, maybe add some putatives in there to spice up the mixture. Mobocaster also has a great journal for people who are around your age, and I think there is a lot of good information in his journal. What I personally would recommend beside the TUTH is P83 and TAC, however note that these are more “experimental” pheromones so they are not guaranteed to spice up the bedroom.
I would say to take a look at mobocaster’s journal and tell us what you would most likely would try, we can give some extra advice and by then the GC will also be on it’s way

It does work, however with pheromones its best not to think too much about them. Its a “fire-and-forget” kind of spray, similar to a torpedo firing at a submarine. You spray them on after dinner and after the kids are gone (or just before you go to bed), enjoy a good moment with your wife, and before you know it you guys will set the whole bedroom on fire . But you gotta steer her a bit into that moment, I would recommend to seduce her a bit first after you spray, think about those moments when you were just married and young and then let the mones do the rest

Its a great source for people around their 40-50’s who are just starting to use pheromones. Many of the stories on there are a great source of information for people, and he is one of the well-known users on this forum who gives great quality advice on pheromones for older people. Most people who use pheromones are between 18-30 years old, and when you get older the dosage on certain pheromones start to vary greatly.
Yup - 2x TUTH plus TAC at around 10mcg per spray would be exactly what I’d suggest.
Then Instant Shine for its happy/feelgood properties and the disinhibitor P83 at around 10mcg per spray.
If there are any other issues that might be affecting bedroom matters, then Instant Shine/IH is a good combo to begin with - That should help get them out in the open to discuss/resolve. Then introduce the more overt sexuals.
Lastly, if she needs reminding of why she found you a catch to begin with, A314 is great for conveying solid, long-term masculine values.
