For International shipping, not sure how DHL will deliver. From what I’ve understood, this is also a standard, non-descript package, internal bubbled package.

What I would do is start off with the Ammo and then work your way to TUTH and see what this does for your wife. The key is to test and see what works best. For me I found that Ammo actually works better on my wife than TUTH so test them all and see what you think.
I agree with the TAC and Love Pack. I can tell you with the Love Pack there is one in there that is way over the top and I have to be careful with it
