use AMMO+ IS in evening , later have a spray of p96 , then later at night before going to bed have sprays of TUTH and TAC .
AMMO , prefer 2x version . start with 2 sprays and then find your sweet spot.
IS 2x , 2 sprays .
P96 at 15 mcg (2sprays)

I think your best bet is to get the men’s starter kit as it will take out the guess work of what to really get. If your wife is open to the idea of trying something new in all honesty your best bet would be to get the men’s kit and add IS/A and IS/B which are for her. The reason why I say this is because Both the women’s and men’s pack are similar. The women’s has IS/A, IS/B, and then the other 3 IS,IH, and IO are universal and in the men’s kit to. You will get so much more out of this if you and your wife both get into pheromones together.
If I absolutely had to pick just one for you like the others I would get Ammo. But you both will get so much more out of things if you get at least a few like Ammo, IS, and maybe something like IH for bonding.

Got the Ammo yesterday and tried it out, no unexpected response from my wife. Today, I applied again, and later on she asked me if I was wearing a new cologne and I said I was - her response is that it smelled like cat pee. So I guess I have a full bottle to give away and wasted my money.

For smell issue: Would suggest go with 2 sprays max . one on your neck other on wrist. wash both app points thoroughly before application.

Sometimes these sorts of things happen. Spectrum gave you some good advice. You could also try adding a cover scent, such as a musk. That would mask the pheromone scent a bit and make it more palatable to your wife.
Also keep in mind it will take time for your wife to get used to your new scent. Sometimes it takes a week. I’m not at all surprised that you didn’t notice any reaction on the first or second day. That’s very typical when someone already knows you. It takes time for them to rethink their perceptions of you. I mentioned this in my previous post (#3).
Another factor is your wife’s cycle. Someone are repulsed by sexual pheromones when they’re menstruating. This is a normal hormonal response. However, they are perfectly fine at other times. So that could be a factor as well.
