Hello every one I’m a 28 year old female from Pennsylvania. I work night shifts so it doesn’t leave me with much time to go out but when I can I barely do because I feel like I’m out of place for example if I’m with my friends is cool I’m calm I joke around I just be me but when im meeting new people is all over I don’t know what to say how to act I get really nervous and shy and it makes me look bad and my confidence just goes down to the floor I know pheromones can help I just don’t know where to to start since some people say it works others say they don’t and I just want to learn from people that actually know what there talking about beacuse they’ve been there and done that well guys thanks in advance :o

Pheromones do work, especially TAA, the primary driver in Instant Shine. The link below will give you more information. I would strongly suggest getting the 30 mL size, if you are able. Most people that have used it (me) use several sprays per day. There is no real OD. It is a harmonizer, mood brightener that has good, positive self effects. It makes others happy to be around you. It’s not a communication product per say, but communication flows due to the elevated mood all around. The product is unisex and layers with all other products in the women’s section of the store.
