Hello and welcome to the forum! For the introvert in you look at Instant Shine, I find it draws me out of my shell and gets me engaging strangers more. It’s the ‘happiness pheromone’ and generally makes people more pleasant but I do find it helps getting me leaning a little towards extrovert instead of deep-cover introvert.
