Chikara is one of my favorite scented pheromone products, but I have to say the results are pretty ordinary as well. For attraction, Ammo is a far greater product in my opion. So far as application is concerned, a spray to the neck and chest, plus the wrists normally does the job for me. Some also like a spray in their hair.
