I don’t have a precise number, but I’d bet upwards of 2/3 of all women here use Sexiness A regularly. Now, there are also MX’s like 135 and putatives. I’d like to suggest you get comfortable with the basics. Some items in the store (putatives) have custom lab time. My first try was with MX135. It’s supposed to be an attention grabber. Something to make you the center of attraction. One of my friends had just broken up with her boyfriend and I actually had to stop wearing MX135 when we were hanging out because the men were all talking to me. I mean it was crazy obvious! Poor her. 
But lucky me. 
The before-and-after comparison was an interesting way for me to discover that they do work.
Of course, I highly recommend MX135 (MX235 which is the cookie scent, or MX 335 which is grapefruit). FYI - MX135 is a chocolatini smell. It reminds me of a chocolate based alcohol drink.
Instant Sexiness A/B is also a great choice. Think of Instant Sexiness A as Angelina Jolie in a bottle. It has that alpha girl edge. Instant Sexiness B is more like Marilyn Monroe… soft, pink, fluffy. Your choice should be based on your personality type as pheromones tend to enhance what’s already there.
Is this a particular mans attention you’re trying to get, or just guys in general?
Instant Sexiness A will most likely provide the most confident. I haven’t tried MX135, but girlfriday’s very knowledgable. I’d also recommend you check out IO + IH, which will aid in conversation fluidity as well as depth, thus making your conversations with men carry more weight–a trait of a confident person.

I suggest you choose a lifestyle of confidence building, as well. Pheromones won’t do all the work.
