…still confused about IShine though, lol from the threads i read i thought it would mostly affect others but from the store, it’s a “Self” mood enhancer

I use A314 on a daily basis and it will certainly get you respect and if you do a good job at work maybe help with a raise.
Several of the products here can give “self-effects” in particular the social products like Instant Shine. Good news with IShine is that not only will everyone be happy to be around you, it will help lift your mood too.
Another plus - it is also a good buffer for the A314 if you do not want to come across as so heavy. I use them in conjunction often.

Instant Shine will effect both the wearer and those exposed to it. I love it its good stuff. Its warm, friendly, draws people to you and lifts there moods. They will associate this feeling to you. Its like that person who always makes you feel great and you love being around.
A314 will up your staus and is helpful in work enviroments. It will also attract certain women. Be sure to make eye contact and smile to give cues your open to approuch. They Alpha vibe can be a bit intimadating.

A314 would be great for workplace mostly. You will find that it really helps getting respect and a little power.
Instant shine is a great seft mood enhancer at first, just like the store descript, but like all other product, excessive usage will lead to much less self effects due to extended exposure. But it is still great to others since they are not constantly near you.

Self-effect can be a factor with any of the products, not just IShine … some people always get self-effects, some never do and some do initially then get habituated to them if they use them regularly. I usually do get self-effect, though not so much with Instant Shine, curiously enough!
In general, though, the main reason we use them is to affect others around us.

While using A314, try throwing on some Instant Shine so people can still feel good around you though they are respectful.. You may find they like to do their job better. And it keeps you approachable
What I would advice you since you have already bought A314 is to make contact around with people, and not just waiting for people to react. You don’t want to be a docile-alpha male, you need to get around, smile, talk to people and then you’ll start realizing that these people are so respectful of you. Then you start testing them and throwing orders around
