These recordings aren’t very good hypnotic material. There is no preparatory relaxing sequels, and the suggestions are too in your face to be effective.
But, just one word of caution here, guys. They are bilateral auditory stimulation. If you have a violent or traumatic background they could potentially cause flashback. That might not be so bad of a thing, unless you have extreme childhood trauma in your background. Then it could be very bad, causing abreactions and reliving the original event(s).
It can also cause reactionary depression.

Never a good thing.
Always a good idea to hydrate yourself really well before beginning something like this. I cant speak for the other portions of Diane’s post because I have never experienced anything like that. I did suffer from depression before and it was crippling. Unfortunately certain things to this day can stir up those crippling feelings. I completely love my life and yet just last night I awoke in a terrified state. (Its OK, I have some things going on that could change my life forever right now. Not in a bad way, just a lot to think about.)
Now I had overcome the depression on my own by journaling and understanding the chemical reactions that take place in my brain. Last night was an oddity and I ‘tried’ to play it off. I turned off the light and laid my head down. I was having none of it. My light was back on within seconds and I was sitting up. It took me three hours of attempting to go back to sleep to finally just go back and do what I had done to beat it out originally.
The only way I overcame it was to go back and journal, write down what I am grateful for and key: Drink a BIG glass of water. As silly as it sounds, when everything else fails, drink more water.
